Upcoming events
For this year’s International Children Day celebrations, the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology is organizing an exciting and action-packed two day festival called “Befriend Southeast Asia.” The event will be held on the 28 & 29 of May 2011 (Saturday & Sunday) from 8.30 to 11.30 and from 14:30 to 18.30.

Special events
For the International Museum Day celebrations held on May the 18th this year, the International Council of Museums (ICOM) has proposed the theme of “Museum and Memory”. The Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (VME) will be offering the public the following special program open to the public to celebrate this occasion.

Public programs
From 25th February 2009, 14 Ede people from Ky village (Buon Ma Thuot city, Daklak) were invited to renovate their long house at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.
